2. Dati, finalità e basi giuridiche
Sono trattati i dati forniti nel modulo e quelli tecnici necessari per gestire e inoltrare la richiesta al Partner, consentirgli di contattare l’utente, garantire la sicurezza e adempiere alla legge. La gestione della richiesta si basa sulle misure precontrattuali richieste dall’utente (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); sicurezza e tutela dei diritti possono basarsi sul legittimo interesse (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Eventuale marketing richiede un’idonea base giuridica e, ove necessario, un consenso separato.
3. Partner e altri destinatari
Inviando il modulo, l’utente chiede la trasmissione dei dati a Noistampiamo.com. Per i trattamenti determinati e svolti autonomamente dopo la ricezione, il Partner può agire come titolare autonomo. Brands 360 non risponde dei trattamenti autonomi fuori dalle proprie istruzioni, sistemi o controllo, fatti salvi i limiti inderogabili di legge. I dati possono inoltre essere trattati da fornitori IT, hosting, e-mail, CRM e sicurezza.
4. Conservazione e diritti
I dati sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta, rispettare gli obblighi e tutelare i diritti. Nei casi previsti dal GDPR, l’utente può chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opposizione e revoca del consenso scrivendo a hello@lupgo.com, e può proporre reclamo all’autorità competente.

La pagina può usare cookie tecnici necessari. Altri cookie saranno usati solo se consentiti e, ove richiesto, dopo il consenso. Per trasferimenti fuori dallo SEE si applicheranno le garanzie previste dal GDPR.

Form data and necessary technical data are processed to manage and forward the request, allow the Partner to contact the user, ensure security and comply with law. Request management relies on pre-contractual steps requested by the user (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); security and protection of rights may rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing requires an appropriate legal basis and, where necessary, separate consent.
3. Partner and recipients
Submitting the form requests disclosure to Noistampiamo.com. The Partner may act as an independent controller for independently determined processing after receipt. Brands 360 is not responsible for processing outside its instructions, systems or control, without excluding mandatory liability. IT, hosting, email, CRM and security providers may also process data.
4. Retention and rights
Data is retained as necessary to manage the request, comply with obligations and protect rights. Subject to the GDPR, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at hello@lupgo.com, and may complain to the competent authority.
5. Cookies and transfers
Necessary technical cookies may be used. Other cookies will be used only where permitted and, when required, after consent. GDPR safeguards apply to transfers outside the EEA.
Language: the English version prevails in case of inconsistency, without prejudice to mandatory data-subject rights.
